AMAZING!!
This house is amazing!! Everything you could ever want for a hen weekend away with a hot tub. Amazing Location just on the beach.

The house itself has everything you need. The attention to detail and finishing touches really set it above a normal hen do hire. Simple to book, Imogen was available all weekend if we needed any help, and she replied to all our messages/emails very quickly in the build up to the weekend.

Highly recommend.

Fantastic!!
We have just come back from a fantastic weekend hen do at the lovely beach house. I highly recommend anyone booking this as it is truly beautiful and suits all ages. The whole house is absolutely stunning, hot tub garden the lot so nice!
Imogen who we booked with couldn’t help us enough. She helped us with everything we need and booked all our activities for the hen.
We had a cocktail class with Matt that was brilliant plenty of cocktails flowing, we had 2 beauticians Maddie and Laura wo were superb really mad us so relaxed, Saturday evening we had the chef 2 dine 4 over for our 3 course meal amazing! Sunday afternoon Imogen and Phil laid on an afternoon tea for us, really just topped the whole weekend.
We didn’t have to leave the house all weekend although we had a wander on the beach and pop into the pub!
if you are looking to book this I would say do not hesitate book up and enjoy! xx

Perfect short break!
I have recently returned from a 2 night break in the Beach House with 11 friends! We had the luxury midweek package, including an amazing meal by Chef2dine4, lovely beauty treatments and a very generous and delicious afternoon tea!
The house is lovely, located across the road from the sea. It is spacious with many rooms and 3 garden areas to sit in! Also, a hot tub (which we made full use of!) and a sauna!
The beds were comfy and we had fluffy dressing gowns to lounge around in! Everything we needed!
Imogen and Phil are organised owners, communicating well and always making sure we were well looked after. We will be back next year!

Perfect, in every way!
We walked past this house last June and noticed a Hen party were in residency. What a great idea or my 50th we thought, so with my birthday being the only free weekend on the calendar it was obviously meant to be. 16 friends and family were invited, however I must admit this was a concern for me. Can this house really accommodate for this amount of people comfortably. 30 seconds from entering the front door and these concerns evaporated, the house it is huge! It was stunning! Not only was there room for 16, but it catered for everybody as well, with the luxury soaps in the many bathrooms, individual towels and robes in every bedroom, many giving stunning sea views. The location was perfect as well, open the front door and you are a few steps from the beach. It was like staying in a top class hotel only self catering. It helped make a perfect weekend. We look forward to booking again!!

Amazing stay
Just returned from a trip to this wonderful house. We had 6 adults and 7 children in our group and the house was perfect.

When we arrived the house was spotless and there was a welcome basket filled with lots of lovely treats. The double bedrooms were all facing the sea and the kitchen was very well appointed. The hot tub and sauna were a really nice way to wind down once the kids were in bed.

The attractive beach is just across the road down some steps from the pub. The shops and park for the kids are a short walk up the road.

The hosts gave us all the information we needed and even accommodated an early check in.

Would definitely return and can highly recommend this house for families. It also is a short drive to Cromer and Sheringham which are both great for day trips.

Brilliant coastal luxurious comfort
We had an awesome Hen weekend at the Beach House – such a fabulous venue for a large group gathering filled with laughter, hot tub times, long walks, amazing brunches in the unbelievably delightful double kitchen, hilarious evenings and long lie ins.
Avril and Tara from Chef2Dine4 did is proud on the Sat eve with an incredible 3-course in-house dinner, complete with tablecloths and candelabras – washing up done too! It was delicious food. I could get used to that sort of lifestyle 🙂

16 people fitted into the house comfortably, the house has everything you need. Thoroughly recommend. We will definitely go back.

You will Return time and time again
We first visited The Beach house back in 2015 and have returned every year since. The house is perfect and well maintained inside and out and is so well presented on the day of arrival by Imogen and family and you are made to feel part of the family. If you come to this house, you will return year after year. It does not matter where in the world we have our summer holiday, October at the beach house is always our favourite.
